JEFFREY WILLIAMS

Jeff retired from the Special Operations Community in 2008 and formed Strategos Consulting, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to identify and ultimately provide usable technological solutions to the United States Government and its strategic partners. In 2009, he later created Strategos Training, a professional training company focused on providing education and training to the United States military personnel, and in 2011, he formed Strategos Engineering, as a result of demand for engineering-related services, to include design CAD, Solid Works, metal and composite fabrication, prototyping, manufacturing, and low rate initial production. 
Jeff specializes in and focuses on the identification of technologies and providing the mentorship, guidance, and direction in developing solutions to respond to critical mission needs. He understands the federal procurement process and is an expert in articulating capabilities, matching them to requirements, and introducing ideas and deployable solutions to the customer and end user.  
Jeff has a vast network throughout the US Government, industry, and academia to ensure technologies and capabilities are recognized by the customer community as available resources and solutions to current requirements and future challenges. His core competencies include identification of market opportunities, competition and market assessments, monitoring and influencing programs, key contacts, and relationships with decision-makers, capture planning, and proposal development.  
Jeff’s final assignment in the Navy was as Executive Officer Special Boat Team TWELVE proceeded by assignments to serve as a lead planner and representative to the National Counter Terrorism Center supporting interagency integration and the development of the National Implementation Plan for the Global War on Terror. In addition, Jeff served the United States Special Operations Command, Center for Special Operations where he directed an Operations and Intelligence Fusion Cell supporting Central Command and led planning for global unattended ground sensors and technical tracking operations. He has numerous deployments in the Middle East, and Europe, is a graduate of National University and is completing his Masters of Science in Management with an International Relations Concentration.
